Knit the next stitch from left-hand needle, knit the stitch from the cable needle.<br \/>\nc2b = cable 2 back \u2013 Slip the next stitch onto cable needle and hold in back of work. Knit the next stitch from left-hand needle, knit the stitch from the cable needle.<br \/>\nk2tog = knit two together<br \/>\nssk = slip one knitwise, slip one knitwise, insert left needle into front of both slipped stitches and knit.<\/p>\n<p>The c2f and c2b can be made without a cable needle. There are several methods for doing that. I have a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zwmDm2D2px8\" target=\"_blank\">video <\/a>of my method.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pattern:<\/strong><br \/>\nAmount to cast on for the different sizes:<br \/>\nToddler = 72<br \/>\nChild = 80<br \/>\nSmall Adult = 88<br \/>\nMedium Adult = 96<br \/>\nLarge Adult = 104<br \/>\nExtra-Large Adult = 112<\/p>\n<p>Join to knit in the round. Divide stitches between double pointed needles or needles for a magic loop.
