Daniel is going to be a doctor for Halloween. Mama’s been busy making him a white lab coat.
Waking up singingFor the past several weeks Daniel has been waking up saying the alphabet. Today when he woke he sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Singing and Playing GuitarDaniel loves to sing and sang several songs while strumming the guitar today. This is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star:

Color PuzzlesMimi and Poppy gave Daniel these puzzles quite a while back, but he’s really gotten good at them lately. Knee Slapping GoodI don’t know if it was Daniel’s TV show (Caillou) or his breakfast that was so knee slapping good, but he did a lot of knee slapping this morning. Singing in the bathtubDaniel had a great time playing outside in the dirt, so needed a bath earlier than usual. He’s having a good time singing in his bath. Playing in the dirtAfter months of unrelenting heat, Daniel was finally able to play outside today. He enjoyed his time in the dirt. He mentions that he can hear Mr Denny our neighbor talking. He said “both talk” because Ms Glenda was also talking. Got those bath time bluesSometimes Daniel doesn’t want to take a bath, so when he brought up “bath time” while playing the harmonica, I can only assume he was singing The Bath Time Blues. |
