Christmas Day 2010

Daniel has been a very good boy this year, so Santa brought Daniel a wonderful gift!  Here is Daniel discovering his kitchen.  I couldn’t get the camera out and turned on in time to capture Daniel running down the hall, but it was very cute.

Daniel and Poppy are looking out at the snow.

And since the buffet was so good yesterday, we went back again today.

Christmas Eve 2010

Not knowing what the weather would bring on Christmas Day, we did some of our Christmas festivities on Christmas Eve.  Mimi and Poppy came over and Daniel opened presents.  He is ready to go!

Wow!  So many to choose from.

Enjoying a musical card from Mimi and Poppy.

Daniel loves all his new kitchen gadgets and condiments from Mimi and Poppy.

Pretty cute peering down into the giant Mr Potato Head.

Daniel sporting some cute Christmas Eve curls.

We had a good lunch at a buffet.  Daniel had some of his favorites: chicken, lima beans, green beans and peas.

Charlie Brown magnets

This morning Daniel was playing with the Charlie Brown magnets from the refrigerator.

Christmas Pictures

Poppy and Mama took Daniel on Monday to get pictures for Christmas.  I will post them when we get them back next week. Here Daniel is all dressed for his pictures and has on his heavy coat to go out on such a cold morning. Winnie the Pooh went with him in the car.

Excited about the Christmas Tree

The Friday after Thanksgiving, Mimi and Poppy came over and helped us put up the Christmas tree.  Daniel is very excited about having a big tree this year.

Thanksgiving

Daniel, Mama, Papa, Mimi and Poppy went to a restaurant for Thanksgiving lunch.  Daniel is all dressed up to go in his cute little overalls.  He played us a tune on the harmonica.

Need some more meat and lima beans

Some of Daniel’s pretend phone conversations can be very interesting.  Part way through this video he first calls Papa and says “Me” and hangs up.  Then he calls Papa and says “Papa, need some more meat and lima beans.”  At the end of the video he wants to “watch monkeys jump on bed” which is referring to videos of the rhyme “Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed”.
